Arpeggio Therapy is a mental health music/psychotherapy private practice. We offer individual music therapy, psychotherapy, and music therapy groups by Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers and Music Therapist-Board Certified Clinicians. Individual Psychotherapy
Sessions are tailored to meet the goals of the individual client. Psychotherapy offers evidenced based approaches and interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness and Acceptance to address anxiety, depression, OCD, social skills, and poor body image.
Group Therapy

Individual Music Therapy
Sessions are tailored to meet the goals of the individual client. Music therapy offers a medium to express difficult emotions and feel that you are truly being heard. Music can create a safe and non-judgmental environment, while also providing new experiences that can promote healthy change. An individual will experience music therapy through song-writing, movement, song recording, recreating songs with musical instruments and/or voice, instrumental improvisations, and lyric analysis.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Music Therapists-Board Certified (MT-BC) is an essential element of professional development. It aims to enhance the supervisee's clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and self-awareness in their therapeutic practice. Supervision serves as a conducive environment for personal and professional growth.

Arpeggio Therapy accepts some insurance plans and will provide superbills for insurance remimburstment.
